Sand and prime stained window trim, patio door and barn doors
Paint walls, ceilings, built in cabinetry, trim and doors in entry, kitchen, dining room, stairwell up and down, lower level main room, lower level bedroom, lower level bathroom, upper level living room, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, hallways, upper level hallway bathroom, spare bedroom and office.
Paint interior and exterior of front door.
Promar 400, Super Paint Exterior, Sherwin Williams
Protect all flooring and non painted areas. Remove all switch covers and outlet plates
Scuff sand all woodwork and doors (where applicable)
Caulk all gaps and cracks, and repair minor drywall issues
Tape & Caulk all transition lines
1 hour of time will be allocated for color matching.
